Terms of Service
Terms governing access to and use of InboxTron.
Last updated: October 3, 2026
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of InboxTron, a ZapSolo product. By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
InboxTron provides programmable email inboxes for AI agents, applications, and developers through features that may include hosted inboxes, custom domains, MCP access, REST APIs, message management, sending, receiving, searching, and replying.
Features, limits, integrations, and availability may change as the service evolves.
2. Accounts and security
You are responsible for the accuracy of information associated with your account and for maintaining the security of your login credentials, API tokens, domain settings, and systems connected to InboxTron.
You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless caused by a security failure attributable to InboxTron.
3. Plans, quotas, and billing
InboxTron may offer free and paid plans with different usage limits and features. Current plan details and prices are shown on the pricing or billing pages.
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis through Stripe until cancelled. Taxes may be added where required. Usage limits apply across the service, including activity performed through the web application, REST API, and MCP where applicable.
We may change pricing or plan limits prospectively. Existing subscribers will receive notice when required by applicable law or when a pricing change materially affects their subscription.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel a paid subscription through the billing tools provided by InboxTron or Stripe. Unless otherwise stated, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period and access to paid features continues until that time.
Except where required by law, fees already paid for a billing period are non-refundable.
5. Acceptable use
You may use InboxTron only for lawful purposes. You may not use the service to send spam or unsolicited bulk email, facilitate phishing or impersonation, distribute malware, violate privacy or intellectual-property rights, commit fraud, harass others, evade provider restrictions, interfere with the service, or engage in activity that violates applicable law.
You may not use InboxTron in a way that creates unreasonable operational, security, legal, or reputational risk for the service or its infrastructure providers.
6. Email, domains, and third-party recipients
You are responsible for the email addresses, custom domains, DNS records, content, recipients, and automated agents you connect to InboxTron. You represent that you have the rights and permissions necessary to use any custom domain you configure.
Email delivery is affected by third-party networks, receiving providers, DNS configuration, reputation systems, spam filtering, and other factors outside InboxTron's control. We do not guarantee that every message will be delivered, accepted, or received.
7. AI agents and automated use
InboxTron may be used by automated software and AI agents. You remain responsible for the actions of agents, scripts, applications, and integrations operating through your account, including messages they send and data they access.
You should implement appropriate review, authorization, rate limits, and safeguards for automated workflows based on the risks of your use case.
8. Suspension and termination
We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to address abuse, security threats, non-payment, legal requirements, violations of these Terms, or material risk to InboxTron or its providers.
Where practical, we may provide notice or an opportunity to resolve the issue before termination, but immediate action may be necessary for serious abuse, fraud, or security threats.
9. Your content
You retain your rights in content you submit or process through InboxTron. You grant InboxTron the limited rights necessary to host, transmit, process, store, and otherwise handle that content solely to operate and support the service and meet legal or security obligations.
10. InboxTron intellectual property
InboxTron, its software, branding, documentation, website content, and related materials are owned by or licensed to the service operator and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of InboxTron technology or branding to you.
11. Service availability and changes
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, provider outages, security events, technical failures, or changes to third-party services may affect availability.
We may modify, discontinue, or replace features when reasonably necessary to operate, secure, or improve InboxTron.
12. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, InboxTron is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of uninterrupted availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement beyond warranties that cannot legally be excluded.
13. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, InboxTron and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from use of the service.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, aggregate liability arising from the service will not exceed the amount you paid to InboxTron during the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the service changes. The current version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by applicable law.
